After a disappointing April, May has begun very busy already

There is no doubt the market has substantially improved over the past 3 months and it is now a good time to move home. Properties new on the market at the right price are often finding ready buyers, plus if you are making an onward purchase, there is still an excellent amount of properties to choose from so it is perfectly possible to negotiate a good deal. Mundys still offer help with onward negotiation as a free service to their sellers.

Our in-house HIP provision service has proved particularly popular since the change in the Regulations, meaning a home cannot be offered for sale until a HIP is finished. On average, Mundys’ HIPs have been completed in around 3/4 days, with some available in as little as one day.

There is no doubt the property market has picked up within the last 3 months. At Mundys we have seen a 20% increase in new prospective buyers and throughout February, March and April we have been selling a home a day on average.
