Corks are popping at local lettings agent Mundys, as it celebrates regional recognition at a national awards ceremony.

Mundys Residential Lettings have been instructed to market a range of brand new one and two bed apartments in the City.

Activity throughout the rental market remains high.  The competitive nature of the market, in conjunction with the wider economic climate, has led to a reduction in average rents over recent months.
