Market/Selling News

Sales have continued to be much improved on last year, with Mundys' sales in the last 2 months, for instance, being up 50%. In particular, we have sold a substantial amount of property under £150,000. The market conditions remain tough, especially for properties in the £250,000 plus bracket, but new Applicants are still on the up and homes coming on the market at the right asking price have a good chance of a quick sale.
