FIVE-STAR MUNDYS IS BEST IN LINCOLNSHIRE
30th October 2009
Mundys in Lincoln has been named the Best Estate Agency in Lincolnshire for the second year running after winning five stars in the prestigious Daily Mail UK Property Awards.
Partners from the agency joined leading property professionals from across the UK at a gala dinner in London’s Grosvenor Square on Friday (16th October) where they received their five-star award.
The Daily Mail UK Property Awards are open to every estate agent in the UK and form part of the International Property Awards, the world’s most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals across the globe.
Senior Partner Philip Barnatt was thrilled with the title of Best Estate Agency in Lincolnshire.
“We’re really delighted to have won this award for the second year running,” he said. “It’s a wonderful accolade for the firm.
“What is even more important, however, is the quality of the service we provide which was recognised by the judging panel. They gave us a very high rating for our professional qualifications and for our commitment to experience and training.
“Our clients’ home is invariably their biggest asset and they quite rightly need to be able to trust the advice that they’re given. Together our partners and our residential team boast around 140 years’ experience and that is something that our customers really appreciate.”
Philip added that the company’s innovative use of web technology had also caught the eye of the judges.
“Our new website was praised by the panel and we impressed the judges with our innovative range of services,” he said.
“We are one of only a handful of estate agents in the UK to offer a video guide to selling your home and our unique video guides to the city and the surrounding villages are proving to be hugely popular.”
Around 600 guests attended the awards evening, which was hosted by Des Kelly, the sports columnist and former acting editor of the Daily Mirror.
The Daily Mail UK Property awards are supported by a host of well respected professional bodies such as FIABCI, NAEA, NHBC and NAR and are judged by an independent team of experts including Peter Bolton King, Group Chief Executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals.
